Concept for Residential Development

A residential interior concept developed for a major real estate developer in Moscow, focused on increasing the market appeal and sales performance of compact apartments by means of design.

The project was based on a single prototype apartment, reimagined in several distinct stylistic directions and lifestyle scenarios. Each version explored a different spatial mood, material palette, and functional approach, demonstrating how one layout can be transformed into multiple desirable living concepts.

All design variations were fully developed into technical documentation and implemented as part of the sales product, allowing the developer to present the same apartment type as multiple interior offerings.
