A contemporary loft-style office designed for a real estate company, combining clarity of function with a refined, atmospheric aesthetic.

The concept is based on a contrast of raw and tactile materials — concrete and metal form the architectural base, softened by warm wood surfaces and leather elements that introduce a sense of understated luxury. Glass blocks are used to diffuse light and create layered transparency, adding texture while maintaining privacy.

The space is structured as an open yet articulated environment, balancing collaborative zones with more intimate meeting areas, and expressing a confident, modern identity.
