Ohana Private Residences

A contemporary private residence in Abu-Dhabi developed in close coordination with the developer during the construction phase, ensuring full integration between architectural intent and interior design from the earliest stages of the project.

The scope included full design development, detailed technical documentation, and coordinated specification of materials and interior elements, allowing for a seamless translation of design intent into built form.

The concept is defined by a restrained and contemporary aesthetic language, with a focus on spatial clarity, proportion, and functional logic. Every element was developed as part of a coherent system rather than isolated design decisions, ensuring consistency across all stages of execution.
